Today was a fucking incredible day! We all headed to Geribá beach.
Carol was showing off like crazy, strutting around in this super stylish string bikini. Her straight blonde hair glowed even brighter under the sun, like actual strands of gold. The second we got there, her boyfriend, all helpful and shit, started rubbing sunscreen on her back with that cute, lovey-dovey couple vibe. And me, obviously, twisting around trying to lotion up my own back.
Out of nowhere, Diego goes:
— Rafa, want me to put sunscreen on your back?
Huh? What the fuck??? My heart damn near jumped out of my chest! I tried to play it cool and said yes right away. Picture Diego, that hot piece of ass, rubbing lotion on my back? Was I gonna say no? Hell no!
So there I was, trying to stay chill while he started spreading the sunscreen over my shoulders and slowly sliding down my back. His hands glided smooth over my skin, light, natural, almost innocent. I didn’t catch any second intentions—he looked totally relaxed, easygoing, no big deal.
But for me? Every single touch felt like a spark shooting across my skin. Every drag of his fingers made my spine tingle, my heart hammer, and this heat creeping up the back of my neck. I didn’t even know what the hell I was feeling. All I knew was it was new. Unexpected. And, Jesus Christ… straight-up delicious.
To return the favor, I offered to do his back too. And he let me, obvioooously. Then it was my turn to enjoy it, spreading the lotion slow like it was nothing. My hands roamed over the muscles in his back and I was doing everything I could to act normal, but inside I was losing my fucking mind! Diego just chilling there, all loose and relaxed, while I fought the urge to kiss and drag my tongue over that hot skin. Seriously, the want was real.
After the whole sunscreen ritual, I flopped down on the towel trying to chill and soak up the sun. Lying there, I spotted my sister coming back from the water with her boyfriend. She had on this hot pink thong bikini with strings—the same one I’d thought was ridiculously hot.
I just lay there watching her walk up. How the fuck could someone be that gorgeous and still so effortless? Isabella looked like she had her own light. She shone without trying, not even realizing what she did to people. All she had to do was smile and everything around her lit up.
She got close, turned her back to wring out her wet hair, then squatted slow to lie on the towel. That’s when I caught it. Diego was straight-up staring at her ass. No shame whatsoever.
— Stop staring at my sister’s ass! — I snapped, half pissed, half jealous, and smacked his arm.
Right then I felt this weird mix of anger and straight jealousy. Couldn’t explain it. It was weird seeing him eye Isa like that. And yeah, I’ll admit it—I was jealous as hell.
He pulled that innocent face, acting dumb:
— I wasn’t looking at anything, I swear.
I rolled my eyes. “What a shameless fucking guy.”
— Yeah, okay. She’s got a boyfriend, you know? — I shot back, trying to hide how much it bothered me.
And he just gave me that dirty little grin and said:
— Then stand up and let me look at your ass.
I was fucking stunned! Smacked him again, obviously. But I was already laughing on the inside. Diego has this insane way of being a total asshole and hilarious at the same time. And deep down, that cocky little comment did something to me.
Worst part? I was already dying to get up and jump in the water, but his little joke left me super embarrassed. I stalled a bit, trying to play it off, until I finally got the nerve, stood up and said:
— I’m going in the water. You coming?
— Nah, go ahead. I’ll stay here watching you.
Oh, fuck! I walked off trying not to laugh, heading for the ocean, but knowing he was watching me made me feel all flustered.
Once I got in and swam out a little farther, I waved him over, acting casual, trying to stay cool. But inside I was straight-up thinking, “Get over here, notice me, want me.”
Out of nowhere some random guy showed up and started talking to me. We were chatting, he seemed nice enough… but who pops up out of nowhere like a shark in a horror movie? Diego! He grabbed me by the waist and scared the shit out of me.
— Who’s the kid?
— I don’t know, just met him.
The poor guy took off immediately.
— Jesus, Diego, you scared the hell out of him — I said, laughing.
He laughed and stuck around like he was my bodyguard. I didn’t know whether to laugh, think it was cute, or get pissed he ran the guy off.
He started swimming circles around me, playing shark. I kept trying to get away, swimming side to side like I was escaping, but deep down I wanted him to catch me. And he did—grabbed my waist, spun me around in the water, tickled me without even really touching, and I cracked up laughing.
After a while we stopped and just floated. The water felt amazing, and he started talking about random shit. It felt so good being that close to him that I wished the moment would never end.
